doomcrew Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 This is the model built for the NSRA Supernationals (UK) Model Show. It started out as an AMT kit, but contains no metal parts. There are plenty of scratchbuilt parts in plastic and chemiwood though, and many kit bashed parts to. The engine is from a 66 Nova, wheels are from the 48 Ford kit. The interior is scratchbuilt tuck n roll and a throw blanket on the back seat. The paint is teal pearl flake over black, with an airbrushed design on the roof, then clear coated and polished. As you can see by the trophy, I won, and the best part was receiving it from Mr Gabe Lopez, he from American Hot Rod. :) By metalhead6464 at 2012-07-31 steve
