lanesteele240 Posted August 2, 2013 Posted August 2, 2013 That is sweet ira. It came out awesome. It would be cool if the transporter faded to metalic blue instead of red. That would give the red/white-silver/blue look. Maybe some stars air brushed in. Just a thought. Hope you dont mind.

Definitely got my eyes glued to this now, can't believe I've missed it so far. The paint on the racer looks great, I could totally see that thing on the salt flats. Can't wait to see more! I assembled the interior of the Transporter so I could solve some "Fitting Problems with the body before painting it. I had to modify the front section of the frame, it was an easy fix! Then I sprayed the Corvette Indy Interior with Tamiya Mica Red. I applied Testors Dullcoat over the Mica Red. I added Chrome Bare Metal Foil to the sides of the interior.
