Dr. Cranky Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 "Please don't mistake me for roadkill, I've been through enough . . . if you see me thumbing down a ride, don't assume I've been down this road before . . . My life feels like 30 Days in the Hole, you know I ain't the one, so don't mistake me for roadkill, this is what love's done to me . . . Pat, you've got even EYEGORE humming a tune now.

Rob Hall Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 It's one of those true stories that's stranger than fictional lyrics.

martinfan5 Posted August 12, 2012 Posted August 12, 2012 Randy Travis? What year is this, 1990? Well I guess you could say he is trying to make a positive out of something negative, but I have to agree with Chuck
CadillacPat Posted August 12, 2012 Author Posted August 12, 2012 Well I guess you could say he is trying to make a positive out of something negative, but I have to agree with Chuck I realize that the BackStreet Boys, Justin Bieber and Lady GooGoo have garnished most of the airwaves since 1990 but the CMA pulls in a lot more bucks and audience than MTV. CadillacPat Well you are right about MTV, the only thing MTV has to do music now is their music award show once a year, I dont think they air music videos any more Edited August 12, 2012 by martinfan5

For music on TV, I like MTV's Palladia channel.
Danno Posted August 12, 2012 Posted August 12, 2012 Thread was not what I expected. I thought maybe it was going to report that MartinFan5(5) didn't make it home from Wallymart last night.
