bryan_m Posted September 25, 2012 Author Posted September 25, 2012 to make this nasty ripped up convertible top, i had to take the kit boot and cut it out soit will look like the frame of the top once i cover it with material.... so i marked it, and hacked it out... it still has to be sanded and cleaned up before i can start makin the top cheers bryan

bryan_m Posted September 26, 2012 Author Posted September 26, 2012 ok heres what i got so far guys.... i cleaned up the frame for the top.... i cut some strips of thin paper towel that had no pattern on it....... i thinned out some white glue.and started layering the towels on it..... and heres what ive got so far.... it looks like a blob now, but when i paint it, and get it ripped up some more, it will be ok.... cheers bryan
