blueoval92 Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 just wondering what everybody has in there stash currently. im mainly referring to a stash of kits to be built in the near future and not stored away for the sake of having them or to resell at one point. Mine currently is sort of small but i just started building it up 2010 mustang 500kr 60 starliner 54 chevy kurtis midget racer 50 chevy pickup 68 dodge charger kits on the way: 66 mustang fastback gt350 hertz 66 mustang fastback shelby 64 ford thunderbolt ss limited edition ford 427 engine parts pack kits all that i can remember for now, am away from bench but will correct my list when able too.
1272148 Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Most of the kits I have are nothing to be desired, I only have three or four rare models and those are kits that you eather love them or hate them, most of the kits in my collection are show rods, but I also have a few 1/8th scale kits and a few Japanese kits in my collection
vintagestang Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Mine are: Amt '66 Mustang, Amt '55 Corvette, Revell '69 Camaro, and Revell '65 Chevy Stepside. Currently being built is a Revell '57 Chevy Bel Air (converted to 210) replica of my dads.
2000-cvpi Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 This is my kit stash. There are a few others that I keep in a cabinet because they are older. The shelf is two kits deep, about 225 kits or so. It's not the largest stash, but it's good enough for me.

Rob Z Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 (edited) My stash is I am assuming, ( I know, I shouldn't do this), is pretty average... I currently have about 8 or 10 started projects that I am slowly working on... The majority to be built before I retire, in about 20 years, is about 60 kits. The rest of the stash is for after retirement, about another 350 kits and growing... I am not a collector, I am a builder... I have several rare and old kits, my oldest going back to '63, and I plan on building them all... If it's in a box or a bag and I own it, it will be built, eventually... martinfan5 Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Mine keeps getting smaller, I have I think less then 20, I am building more then buying of late, I keep spending my hobby money on other things that I really dont need
Fat Brian Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 My stash is growing again, without a place to work all I can do is buy. Mine stands around 200+/-, I have some 1/72 armour and aircraft I haven't counted in a while so I'm not sure exactly how big it is.
DanielG Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 A couple of, believe it or not, Batman and Starwars kits, to be kit-bashed.
blueoval92 Posted September 2, 2012 Author Posted September 2, 2012 i dont want anybody to get an impression that im trying to buys/trade anything with anybody. I just want to know what others are building/planning to build. is all in good fun.

High octane Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 This is my kit stash. There are a few others that I keep in a cabinet because they are older. The shelf is two kits deep, about 225 kits or so. It's not the largest stash, but it's good enough for me. Nice stash Corey and 225 kits is nothing to sneeze at as I know that I won't be finishing that many kits in my life time.
