Irvin Arter Jr. Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Got some paint on the Olds, Black golds BC265 white solid base with PBC46S Kopper Pearl with Dupli-Color silver flake roof. Ed Fluck at Drag City Castings just cast a new tuck and roll interior for this kit. I got one of the first ones around and it is incredible! 2 door panels with separate door handles and arm rests. Rear seat and front seat. I have some separate shots of the castings
Joker Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 Post up a link for Ed's Interior..Great color combo btw.
Sixties Sam Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 Looking good! That interior is great! Sam
MachinistMark Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 Love the colour s. But that stance isn't doing it for me. I dunno but to my eye the 49-54 GM's need just the slightest bit of reverse rake.
Dirty Gringo Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 that interior is great along with the rest of the car do you mind me asking what the insides cost?
my80malibu Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 Very Impressive, the interior goes so well with the paint job.
Irvin Arter Jr. Posted November 9, 2012 Author Posted November 9, 2012 I think Ed is charging 18.00 but, you need to email him for the price. Sorry I don't do the reverse rake......... I have a reputation to uphold.
crazyrichard Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 (edited) beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!! looks awsome Edited November 15, 2012 by crazyrichard
Albie D Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 Looking forward to this build. Love that someone is casting a tuck-n-roll. Perfect!
Dogfish_7 Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Looking awesome Irvin! Got me one of Ed's interiors on it's way
VW Dave Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Wow on both counts....love the color combo and stance on the Olds, and Ed's parts look excellent like everything else he offers. I'm looking forward to seeing this one finished in NJ this coming April.
JasonFL Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Love that color combo and the interior panels look great. Nice lookin build
Alan Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 (edited) Ed's castings are top shelf, he is one of the best out there. I also have his Olds interior on order, it is a MUST have for anyone with one or two of the Olds kits and unless you just feel like scratch building, you could not reproduce this in time and materials even for four times the price he is charging for it !!! Tom Kren Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 that looks great where are thewheels from ?
