jeffs396 Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I've got a nuke-proof bunker here, everyone in fear of "the end" please send me your kit collections for safe-keeping
sjordan2 Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I'm holding off on my Christmas shopping. If the world ends, I don't want to waste my money. (Say good night, Gracie)
Psychographic Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 If you account for Leap Years, the date for the supposed end of the world has already passed.
High octane Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Bill, I want to help you out so please ship me all your model car kits and I'll even pay for shipping. Howz that?
sjordan2 Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Meanwhile, tonight's Hurricane Sandy relief concert, beginning at 7 pm and featuring some of the greatest musicians of the 20th and 21st centuries, will help us go out in style.
Craig Irwin Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 The news today reported that the last shippment of Twinkies was shipped to Chicago today. Yes, it's the end of the world.
Harry P. Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I heard somewhere that the Mayans just made a typo.
moparmagiclives Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I'm so over hearing about this... When's the next threat to man kind coming ??
vintagedragfan Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 I think the Mayans just got tired of writing, they had to stop somewhere!
truckaddict Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 why dont they just hire a desendent of the mayans to add some more years to the calender?
crazyjim Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 With so little time left, I better get to building faster.
plastic trucker Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 It has to end, thats my retirement plan.
cartpix Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 The Mayan calendar was made of a giant rock. It's not something you'd want to go out & buy every year, so they made it to go on for years. It just ends on the 22nd. My 2011 calendar ran out on the 31st of December & the world didn't end. I just bought a 2012 calendar. I guess, maybe it's time to go buy a new Mayan calendar. Jeff

Tonight? That concert was on TV here weeks ago. Are you sure it's on tonight?
Chuck Doan Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 They probably forgot to carry the one. I least I hope so!

martinfan5 Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Tonight? That concert was on TV here weeks ago. Are you sure it's on tonight? I guess so Harry, the local talking heads on the all news talking heads station talked about the concert being on tonight as well
Guest G Holding Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 I am NOT dumping ANY of my kits...I will die with them...
bigphoto Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 *******Attention******* To anyone who thinks the world is ending December 21, 2012: I will gladly take possession of any valuables that you don't want falling into the hands of the undead, or looters, or aliens, or reptile people. If your big- screen tv won't fit in your bunker, or garage, or basement, or wherever you plan to outlive the majority of our species, I will hold it for you, until such time that civilization has rebuilt itself. That way you will definitely have the means to watch the post-apocalyptic version of Jersey Shores. The same goes for watches, cars, and any homes you may be abandoning for higher ground. I'm here to help, people. Let's stop procrastinating. Share if you are concerned about anyone else on fb who may need to lighten the load of soon-to-be worthless things, like cash and car titles. I accept all things that are worth at least $200 (pre-apocalypse value). I wish you all the best of luck in the trying times ahead, and always remember: you can make alcohol out of anything that rots.... Do it now and avoid the rush.
martinfan5 Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Looking at the Directv guide, it shows that the Sandy concert will be starting at my local time of 530p tonight on AMC DTV channel 254
