Hemi Fiat

I guess I can add this one to my completed for 2012 list. It's the Fiat out of the re-popped AMT Double Dragster kit. I used the ram injected version of the Chrysler Hemi. Everything is done out of the box, except for the wiring of course and the fuel line from the Moon tank under the front cap to the fuel pump. Paint is Duplicolor light green metallic. I thought the chrome was too shiny on the wheels, so I sprayed them argent silver. Hand painted on the wide whites (looks tacky, I think I'll replace with the pad printed ones), then again I could say that they were painted on the 1:1 too! It was a fun variation from the replica stocks.

Nice paint. Some guy in my town has a stock bodied Topolino. The first time I saw it on the street, I though someone was driving a legends dirt track car on the road.
