Chuck Most Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Finished just now after about two weekends worth of spare time. Well, the equivalent of two weekends of spare time... spread out over half a year! Might be the last one for this year off my workbench. The idea is an 'in-progress' driver- one day the car will wear a shiny coat of Sublime Green to match the wheels and interior, but in the meantime it'll just rock the primer. Over the last few months as the car was shuffled on and off the workbench, a few scrapes and blemishes appeared in the finish. Let's just call that road rash. The basic kit is mostly box stock, lowered using the lowered suspension pieces in the kit combined with some selective trimming and grinding where needed to get it even lower, but powered by a Kitchen Table Resins 226 Ford Flathead six with a few speed parts.
Lovefordgalaxie Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 The six cylinder engine alone takes this car out of the crowd. The driver in progress was a great idea.

rmvw guy Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Nice job Chuck. The sub-lime pops. Also love the stance. Do you have any close ups of the engine and what is it?

Custom Mike Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 Just too cool Chuck, the Sublime Green really makes the primered body stand out!
