DPink Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 BARS UP FRONT!!! I found this part in the parts box. I think it is part of a tail light assembly... I cut the two ends off and glued them in place as shown! Here are the Intakes after a little sanding... I think the vents would look better if they were inlayed BARS UP FRONT!!! Ira Posted January 17, 2013 Author Posted January 17, 2013 PRIMER TIME!!! I added the GTP Wing and got a couple coats of Filler/Primer on the Pegasus! Front... Any Color or Race Sponser Suggestions???
cobraman Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 How about a scheme taken from a WWII P40 Flying tiger ? Might look cool with the open mouth and teeth that was on the plane. Decals should be easy to find. Just throwing that out there. Could also do a silver paint job and take some cues from a P 51 Mustang and use some cool nose art, panel and rivet detail. Never mind me I just watched an old war movie and have airplanes on my mind. : )
1320wayne Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 This is just too cool. I love everything you've done here and not just the imagination but the construction is superbly done and very clean. I agree with the WWII type paint scheme suggestions. Are you going to make this float as part of your display?
