Wow, I've been on this forum for about 2 weeks and I just found this!

I wondered if there were any artists on here. Apparently some very good ones.

I drew with pencils for years,and got into acrylics about 12 years ago. Lately I make digital art using Paint Shop Pro.

Pencil is kind of how I started. My parents got me a Jon Gnagy 'Learn To Draw' set when I was about 7 .

If you remember him,you get a senior discount. He looked a little like Ed Roth.

I used nothing but pencil for years ,until a friend of mine got me started in acrylics.

I use digital because it's quicker,but I do like other mediums.

Wow...those are awesome, really beautiful. Before I started building models drawing was my only passion and creative outlet. I recently started using oils on canvas and don't know why I didn't do it years ago.

Thanks! I've never used oils. I guess I like the fast drying time of acrylics.
