New from Tamiya - 1/24 Jagermeister Porsche 934 Turbo RSR

It seems according to the link below that Tamiya will do a all new tool of the Jagermeister Porsche 934 Turbo RSR in 1/24 scale w/ photo etch parts. It has been available in 1/12 scale only.

Tamiya are also listing a reissue of the 1/24 Zakspeed Capri in Wurth colors this time. Hopefully it will be molded in white rather than the black of the last issue.

This is awesome news! Hopefully, it will be a full detail kit. The old Esci kit is, well, old..... I'll be getting several of these, as the aftermarket will surely do a whole score of decal sheets, hopefully some IMSA sheets.

it seems like Tamiya is mining research they already have. Moving the 1/12 diecasts to plastic and now moving the 1/12 plastic to 1/24 plastic.

I hope they move some of their 1/20 F1 and other 1/24 cars up to 1/12.
