This is the ks Pittman kit but I decided to do something a little different. I had some left over slixx decals so I figured I would use them up. Some are from the swc willys, some from a quarter panel sheet and some from the kit itself. In the process of foiling the trim right now. The paint is testors bright light blue and turquoise pearl ex in the clear coat. Thanks for looking.

Just a quick update, I got a little bit of work done on the engine. I used different shades of metalizer just to change it up a little from the usual hemi orange. Not too sure about the headers yet I may change them. Also a few photo etched pully faces for the belt. More to come, thanks for looking

Got a little bit more done with the engine, in the process of doing some wiring and added a decal to the belt, also got started on detailing the wheels. I stripped the kit chrome and shot them with stainless steel metalizer, also sanded the lettering off and added some decals from slixx. Thanks for looking :)

Not to sound bad, but I think the stripe on the hood might look better if it went all the way down to the stripe on the fender. For some reason it doesn't look right to me with the blue gap in there. Just an opinion is all.

Went a little further with the engine today. Ran a line from the pump to the fuel tank and wired the ignition coil. Also added the blower hat. I'm not entirely sure if this setup looks right so any input would be very much appreciated thanks :)

Got most of the suspension parts on as well as the wheels today, detailed up the fittings with red and blue paint and added the radiator. And also did a quick mock up with the body on the frame. All that's left is the interior and this one should be done. Comments welcome thanks :)

I really like it, Rich. Looks like a Gasser for sure! And I like the fact you're making your own version of it.

Are you going to install brake lines (braided lines to the calipers, hard line and T fittings to the rear)?

Are those the kit gauges?
Whose harness did you use

Thanks so much or the kind comments guys. As far as the brake lines go I may run them if I'm feeling up to it, I've never done it before so I'm not too sure. The gauges are from the kit I just foiled them and added a little epoxy to make the lenses. The seat belts are tamiya masking tape painted black with photo etched buckles, I copied as close as I could the seat belt decal that came with the kit
