Here's one of my latest and I'll be posting a '53 Hudson real quick too.

My '37 Ford is painted in HOK deep lilac with a coat of Pearl ex interference violet before the clearcoat(s). I've tried to do more engine detailing such as a transmission dipstick and a REMOVABLE oil dipstick (thanks Fatkidd). I added AC lines but this dummy didn't mock the build up so now the hinged hood closes only part way. I bought the kit partially completed. Whoever started it added the hump on the back. I kind of liked it and finished it off. Anyway, here's some pics.

Man, you are quick, Ray. I must have been posting the Hudson when you replied. Thank you for the comments. I sure appreciate them. I have to go make dinner now - lemon pepper chicken, white rice, salad, and a Jim Beam & RC Cola. Later.

Beautiful '37 JIm! I love the color (shiney as usual), and the wheels are an interesting choice, but look good on this!

Crazy colors?? Come on, Harry, do you think I'm called CrazyJim for nothing. My roadname has been earned by years of doing CrazY things. Maybe the tattoo on my arm would help prove it?

A tattoo on your arm? Way too mainstream.

Got any others in more "crazy" places?

I love the humpback, is that a resin body? Outstanding job on the detail. I love the AC hoses and your colors always get my attention. Nice job Jim.

Thanks, Al. I'll be bringing it FAST today.

It's a Revell highway scenes kit - plastic. I bought the started kit and it had the humpback started. I merely finished it off. And thank you, Ron.

Thanks, Al. Purple is my favorite color and I firmly believe that whenever you have purple, you gotta have some red. It's probably just a me thing.
