  1. Recently found one of both trailers at Hobby Town in the Buffalo Grove area here inn Illinois. Both kits contain a tire rack. Excellent molding execution.

  4. What's the name of that fellow out east that built quite a few of these types of constructs? Augie something, anyway , he was always putting old and new together. Mustangs and '32 Fords. Corvettes and '27 Ford Coupes. Great eye for proportion.

  13. When my brother and I were much younger we liked to build brass slot car frames. It's great to see other using metals in their builds.

  17. Really neat chop on that top. Those bodies always looked the best painted a warm gold and covered in thick coats of clear.

  19. Build, build and build some more. The only way to tap into your creativity is doing the very thing you are doing now. Keep up the detailing really adds a lot.
  20. Maybe it doesn't need decals. How about more washes and detail painting...
  21. I really, really like your craftsmanship. That's quite a remarkable talent. Detailing bits and dry brushing add a lot of depth to components.
  22. Totally agree with tip on priming with Tamiya Silver Leaf, technique has proved very effective. The Inca Gold rattle can's work pretty good. That particular color benefits from mullticoats. Please post additional photos...
