Webb Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Built this one about ten years ago. Box stock except for wheels and engine details. Paint is Duplicolor black primer with a topcoat of Duplicolor clear with lavender pearl powder. Chris
bbowser Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Looks good. I like the engine detail, just enough without going over the top. Nice job.
realgone58 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Wild............love the way the color turned out. Like the wheel choice too.
Webb Posted March 3, 2013 Author Posted March 3, 2013 Looks good. I like the engine detail, just enough without going over the top. Nice job. Thanks Bruce. That's about as much detail as I'll ever put into an engine. I know my limits!
Webb Posted March 3, 2013 Author Posted March 3, 2013 Wild............love the way the color turned out. Like the wheel choice too. Thanks Alan. You just can't beat a set of Cragar SSs.
Webb Posted March 3, 2013 Author Posted March 3, 2013 Very sharp, cool color ! Thanks Ray. I think it was my first try using pearl powders. Turned out pretty good.
Webb Posted March 3, 2013 Author Posted March 3, 2013 Looks good, Chris! Thanks Larry. This one actually took first place in staightline competition at the '99 Austin contest that WE were at.
Webb Posted March 3, 2013 Author Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) my kind of Willys Chris, very nice Thanks Bill. Really means a lot coming from you. After seeing your FED dragsters, I'm almost too embarassed to post ANY old dragsters! Edited May 5, 2013 by Webb
