smellyfatdude Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 From a few years ago. I bought this sealed as well, and kept it aside 'til I learned how to do a few things, paint stuff first and foremost. I lucked out, and the paint came out near flawless. So, well worth the wait. Totally box stock except for foil and flocking.
charlie8575 Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Beautiful build of a very attractive car. Charlie Larkin
W-Machine Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Your GP looks real nice. I've always liked the styling of the early GPs.
fury3 Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 (edited) Now that's just plain sharp! Must have missed seeing this when you orginally posted it. Fury3 Edited March 22, 2013 by fury3
bbowser Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 The car I learned to drive in! Great job, I would love to find that kit. You did it justice.
Harry P. Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Man, you are just bombarding us with cool models! Keep 'em coming!
cortinanut Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Very nice! I have that kit and will eventually build it--yours came out beautifully.
realgone58 Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 Just perfect! Love the way the sun catches this one.
Eshaver Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 Wow, A M T 's forgotten 64 Grand Prix ................. This is one kit I'm nearly positive that will never get a re- issue . Then to top it off, you did such an outstanding job!!!!!!!!!
disabled modeler Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Way COOL!.... now if they just would make a 64 Bonneville 4door wagon so i could build my moms old car
smellyfatdude Posted March 22, 2013 Author Posted March 22, 2013 Another fine build. What kit? Joe. Thanks! It was this kit, and the tape was still sealed on one side. I just sniffed some of that 1964 air in the box, and built the model accordingly.
jaydar Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Thanks, i have got to get me one of these!!!(in my best will smith, Independence Day voice!) joe.
