Porscheman Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 I don't think Dodge made this color, but I wanted to try something different. Built box stock.Hope you like it.Al
High octane Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Looks good as I had a Super-Bee back-in-the-day and no Dodge didn't offer that color.
geetee66 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Very crisp rendition. Paint looks really nice too. I like the hood pin detail. Superbee's are awesome motors and this does them justice.
guybrush Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 hi al this color works good on that bee i like it... regards maik
george 53 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 That car was SOOOOOO pretty you coulda painted it MUD and it'd STILL be a BEAUTIFUL car! That color looks GREAT on it!
freakshow12 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 This inspired me to break out a bee. Just got it primed lol. I won't steal your color though
1972coronet Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Dodge did offer Gun Metal ... but not until the 1971 model year . Its code was GA4 (Light Gun Metal) and GA8 (Dark Gun Metal) , with the latter being a C-Body only offering . Plymouth called the GA4 "Winchester Grey" . GA4 was available through at least 1973 or 1974 . The 1969 A4 (EA4 , perhaps ?) was a different silver all together . Super nice Super Bee , by the way !
charlie8575 Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 You could get gray on an Imperial, so it's conceivable a factory special-order could have been done. Looks great, either way. Charlie Larkin
