jaydar Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I have the Gunze Sangyo GTS kit, and I still have the box, I use it to store 1/24 figures. I remember the gold stripe decals were very unforgiving, so I did some wacky fade paintjob (midnight blue to lime green) on it when I first learned how to use an airbrush. The tires are split (I have three different GS kits from the 80's and the tires all split) and its sitting in a box waiting for somethign to happen. ! Geez!! I have three GS motorcycle kits each with a fairly heavy price tag. Ihope those tires don't have a similar problem!!!! joe.
vamach1 Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 The Mauri/Tilt kit has the opening doors and headlights. http://public.fotki.com/vamach1/mustang-model-cars/detomaso.html
Roadkill2525 Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 (edited) Here's the Nitto 1/28 Pantera GTS, later reissued by Blue Tank and finally by Entex who labeled it 1/25. A Group 5 variant was done. Edited January 4, 2014 by Roadkill2525
Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 The kits look great. I've been looking for one of these too. I got snaked at the last minute bidding on one a few months ago.
GoatGuy Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I have the Testors 1/24 scale GTS kit that was given to our son years ago. I dug it out and am working on it now. The body is white styrene, the chassis is black. I have a nice Coyote engine (donated by Codi. Thanks Tim!) that will be added. I am missing the gauge panel that attaches to the bottom of the dash and front of the console. Anyone have an extra or maybe give me dimensions of the part so I can make one? It would be much appreciated. Not sure yet what color the body will be painted. Happy New Year to you all!
Straightliner59 Posted January 8 Posted January 8 On 5/17/2013 at 9:42 AM, my name is nobody said: picked it up in a bin of death @ Dons Model & Hobby in Greeley Colorado probably Well, that brings back some memories! What a cool place that was!
