In between playing with my 1:1 project, I've been working on these, and well 6 others like them (AMT '68-'69 B Body Plymouth's)

Eventually I will build a Dealership Diorama to place them in, and yes Harry there are rear view mirrors, there in the box with the complete cars awaiting their permanent home (Dealership)

anyway, I didn't get silly with the details and there not factory perfect (just like the real ones...........) but I'm pleased, they are hosed off in Factory colors I had mixed.

Car 1: GTX Hardtop, 440-6 Barrel, A833 4spd (D21 option), Dana Trac Pack (A33 Option) , Black outs (V21 option), Saddle interior, T5 Bronze Fire exterior, black V-roof (V1X option, medical tape method I always use). PS (S77 option) & PB (B51 option, parts box booster), Air Grabber (N96 Option), Sport Steering wheel (S81 option)

Thanks everyone,

About the 440- 6 Barrel, What about it not being correct ;) That one I based off a 1:1 that recently passed through the Mopar Forums, I know they never listed them as an option in '69, but old Ma Mopar had a thing about building things she should never have, a guy just posted photo's recently on the B Body forum of a Mis-stamped rim.

Nick I really like your build of the 2 GTX's nice and clean looking and will look right at home in your up coming dealership. I'm also working on a MOPAR dealership to on the side to.

I'll have to do some digging, The Pie tin I printed myself.

That is very cool and basically what I want to build. I do have photo's of a real semi-local Mopar dealer that a friends '69 Fargo 100 came from.

That convertible is especially nice. I never think too much of black and blue together, but that shade of blue goes nicely, and I can imagine that a white top with that would look very sharp indeed.

Thanks Guys.

Charlie, I saw a 1:1 '69 Road Runner that was Black with a Blue interior, I absolutely fell in love with the color combination, figured it would look better on a rag top though, I'm kinda partial to them :P
