cobraman Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 This kit was the Lindberg 37 Ford which is the same as the Testors "Smoothster " kit. Not a bad kit really. I made a couple of modifications just trying something different. Added plastic strips at the rear wheel wells and added trim to all the fenders. Also filled the tail lights and drilled out the rear of the body for recessed tail lights. Thanks for looking and as always comments both good and bad are welcome.
b_lever1 Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Looks awsome Ray that looks like a nice kit
outlaw035 Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 good look'n streetrod...ray...really like the color...not sure about that extra strip of plastic on the rear fender....
Mike Kucaba Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Except for the dubious attaching points for the frame pieces, that has to be THE frame to put under a lot of fat fender car models. You did a nice job on it.!!
realgone58 Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Really neat, I kind of like the "phantom" skirts, and I really like the chrome trim on the fenders. Nice!
crazyjim Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 You did good, Ray. Excellent SHINY :) build.
TooOld Posted September 12, 2013 Posted September 12, 2013 Nice one Ray ! I like the small additions you've done to it . Thanks for the chassis pic too , I never knew that kit had C4 suspension in it .
