At 5:00 AM I was rummaging around in the basement thinking that I USED to have some old models from my youth lost in the darkness of some box. Look what I found !!

Now I have to start stripping old paint, I guess.

Inspired by you folks...I will proceed!

Great find..... You don't really want to keep those falcons do you? I have an address you can send them to!

Hey, that was my first thought. The '64 looks like it's in good condition too. The '65 or '66 (not a Falcon guy) looks like it might have seen a few table top races.

I agree with Nick, I'd keep them as they are and keep them as survivors of your youth. I have my very first ever glue together kit, looks pretty bad but it's a reminder to me of what I used to do.

Hey geemoney , Trumpeter has released a couple of falcon models. Check either Sprue Brothers or Squadron. I believe they just got released last year.

Yeah...it really took me back. I actually have a picture of my buddy holding the copper Cobra looking at the engine bay when we were about 13 years old. I had HAIR in those days. And my waist size was the same as my inseam! Hard to remember.

I don't really consider them to have "survived" in their current state. Gonna have to re-build at some point.

Glad you all got a kick out of them.

NICE find Douglas, and I imagine there are quite a few of us on here that can claim the same thing when it comes to hair and waist size or at least I can  anyway I'm sure you'll figure out what you need to do to them, Thanks for sharing!! :D
