kilrathy10 Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Oh, yeah....This is one for the books....Cause you rewrote it on this one....Just an amazing bit of original thinking....Makes me want to get three more of those things....I never would have thought to convert this model into a 379 until you came up with this.....NICE!!!!!! Gotta be the best $20 anybody ever spent....
KJ790 Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Looks great! Where did you get the headlights?

o-man Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 Love the paint details. I assume the pinstripes are decals.
slusher Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 WOW, very impressive build, gorgeous paint and detail John....
Q tip Posted December 17, 2013 Author Posted December 17, 2013 thanks for all the good come back, wasn't sure how things were going to turn out after the clear coat and respray problem. near all of the chrome and decals were left overs from the revell wrecker kit. i'll post a couple more pics with the step deck I scratched..thanks again..........john
BigBad Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Looks great! I like the "in the weeds" stance. Very nice custom, nice use of the chain and pintripe decals. Looks purposeful at the same time with all the equipment. Good thing you used Italeri tires in front too, looks a lot better because of them. Where did you get those front rims?? Good job John!
riverart Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 Great Job. Nice detail. That engine is sweet!
