Magic Photos Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Took a little time of from my 1/16th scale Corvette Pro Mod. This is a 1/32nd scale Omni 3-D printed to 1/24th scale that Jay Komoto had done and I molded it. It will fit the newer Revell Funny Car chassis. Jay did a great job on the detail he put in to this body. Hope you like it. Decals are being reworked a little.
Magic Photos Posted December 29, 2013 Author Posted December 29, 2013 Thanks guys the body is just sitting on a dummy chassis.
jayrock7597 Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Its good to see a omni cast done right. Good work indeed
Daddyfink Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Nice going, Mike! Finally, a correct Omni!

gluebomb Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Awesome build, big fan of fwd dodges, but that is a Shelby Charger.
comp1839 Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 looks great mike! now if i can just convince you to do 1:8 scale bodies. hehe.
Magic Photos Posted December 31, 2013 Author Posted December 31, 2013 I need to send one to TDR and have them do 1. ????
Magic Photos Posted January 26, 2014 Author Posted January 26, 2014 Took a break from the 1/16th scale 63 Corvette Pro Mod for awhile. This is what I have been working on. Jay Komoto had a MPC Omni 3-d printed up to 1/24th scale, and I sent him one of my 1/32nd scale Omni bodies and he had it printed up to 1/24th scale also. Jay did a lot of work to get these bodies right. I molded both bodies and then started on a 1/24th scale EXP / LN7, 1/24th scale 78 Challenger, and a 1/24th scale Doge Daytona. Hope you like them. Back to the Pro Mod now.
Mooneyzs Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 Mike... Those bodies are looking great. Loving the Omni body. Very nice work my friend.
