Thanks, Don, but I don't use air brushes for this effect....I just use paint that has the directional nozzles like Duplicolor....Krylon has a line of paint that has these and it makes it very east to do.....You can do it with any spray paint, but it's harder.....I used a regular nozzle on the orange paint on my Lonestar.....Man, that was a task....But it came out good, though....

Nice work on he paint.

Looks awesome J.T. The shortness of the frame was noticable to me also. I plan one of these days to pick up the ProStar kit, and build it as the last truck I got to drive...

Just need to figure out how to do the Werner decals. And extend the back wall to the upper roof.

I'll definitely be watching this come together!!!

If you have photos of the sign writing and measurements, you could maybe get auslowe in Australia to do some decals. Google auslowe and check their stuff out out.

So far so good. I like a lot the strech of the frame.

I like the color combo but I would like to see a clear line between the two colors or a much more thin blend area of the two colors. Well you are the owner...

Can't wait to see this one under the sunlight.

To be honest, Kostas, this isn't one of my best efforts at this type of paint job :(.....I needed to turn it upside down during the paint process, but I didn't secure the cab correctly...Unable to do this, gravity pulled more orange into the separation line than I would have liked.....Resulting in the current color separation.....Unfortunately, you gotta stop applying paint at some point to avoid drips and runs, so I left it that way.....I don't know how many paint jobs I've screwed up trying to make them "just a little bit better"...It actually looks much better with the roof fairing in place, though..... :) But, I agree with you on your assessment..... :D

And, Tom.....Lol....Don't worry....I put quite a bit of time in on it, today....Things look good....Stuff is going together as well as the Lonestar.....I really like these Moebius offerings, Man.....Can't wait to get back to it, tomorrow..... ;)

I'm digging that fade paint scheme! Can't wait to see this one finished! By the way I have seen a couple of thes really short framed one a couple weeks ago, there wasn't even enough space between the cab fairing and rear axle for frame steps! So yes, these short trucks are out there.

Cool, Robert....I'm glad there is a reason for the short frame, at least.....I was beginning to wonder.....You can't even put a headache rack behind one like that, though.....I guess it's an overall weight thing......Can't see any other reason for it..... :)

And thanks, Chris....I appreciate that.....
