Not stock on the yellow version, as it has no stock wheels or exhaust. Considering it has the exact same decals as shown on the black car's box, I'd say that they are the exact same kit. So with that being said, I doubt it can be built stock either.

The AMT and MPC are both come from the same tool, and both are 1967 (not 1966) versions as far as I know. The tool was updated for 1967 during the original MPC annual kit run. The major difference is in the interior (the console is shorter on the '67) and the upholstery sew style.

I don't have all reissues of this kit but the ones I do did not include the stock wheel covers. I'm writing all this from memory (without the kits in front of me), so if anyone has the kit in front of them and sees something different, don't hesitate to tell me I'm wrong! TIM

Oh....I see Don posted while I was writing and said the same thing...TB

They are the same basic MPC '67 Charger kit. Neither has stock wheels/tires or a stock exhaust system. Not sure if any other stock parts are missing.

That's all that is missing in the yellow one. I could post some pics of the contents if you want Brandon.

Thx guys. Stock exhaust is easy enough to recreate but any idea on stock wheels besides the revell kit? Had a look at modelhaus website but no luck?

I have the Silver built box-art of this Charge

It had Mag rims and only 2 Standard(Stock) tires!

The rears were 2 slot Cheater Slicks.

I have been trying to rebuild her Stock too

But, Rather than using MoPar Mag's like in the Rev/Mono kit,

I would like to find copies of the Original MPC Hubcaps!

Why can't either Revell, or Round2 give us those??
ALL 60's-70's MoPar kits have either the MoPar Mag500 or Rally

ONLY the Monogram 70 Road Runner had Steelies, And those were Not correct!!!

ALL the MPC annual's had Hubcap Options, but Nothing like that NOW!!

Why couldn't they include them in the 70 Coronet Super Bee??

My original issue had them!!

If you want a stock '67 why even mess with the MPC version? Where the kit holds a special place in my heart, (I love first gens) there is no comparison to the Revell kit as far as quality and detail. Everything about the MPC kit suffers by comparison. I have three of the Revell kits. If your interested in one, drop me a PM.

Dan, I also had my heart set on the standard hubcaps

Rob, I am sure the Revell kits are far better than the old Amt/Mpc but, call me crazy, sometimes I just love the "romance" of the older issues :)

Understood completely.
