Chuck Most Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 The Emhar Bedfords are (forgive me if this sounds bit cheesy, but I've got to say it) exquisite kits. I'm hoping they'll do more 1:24 truck kits in addition to variations on the Bedfords.
Erik Smith Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 The tow truck looks cool. Those are really nice kits too.
blazefox Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Just ordered the tow truck. Right hand drive rat rod any one
Mr Stock Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 These are beautiful kits, I had the SWB tipper version, and Ive seen this tanker and the new wrecker up close, very nice
Jim B Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 Pretty cool looking British truck. Are these trucks (the real ones, not the kits) from the 1950s?
Old Albion Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 This looks interesting. I might have to get one! Jim, Yes they were from the late 40s early 50s. Bedford was created as a stand alone company in Britain by GMC. You can see the GM influence in the designs. Bedford's were one of the most popular lorries (trucks) on the road at one time.
