Dale W. Verts
My first build since rejoining the fold is a sprint car- it's done except for body work/decals/minor details. LOVE my sprint/dirt cars. Dale
krazyglu
Awesome build's Drew, I like them all ,but those two modern sprint car's are my favorite. Here is the Revell sprint car I built a few years ago.

RancheroSteve
I've only got one to show (so far). Had a good time building this one - one of these days I should do another. I've always wanted to do a "correct" Ford powered sprinter - I've got the decals, etc.
Psychographic
While sprints are my absolute favorite form of racing, I don't enjoy building something out of the box. So I decided to build a cartoon sprint car. Other than the driver figure and two hubcaps from a Mercedes, this is all scratch built.
70mach1
This is a really old AMT kit of the Grant King Sprint Car. I wired and plumbed the engine, scrtach built the velocity stacks, for the interior I added gauges and rivet detail, seat belt hardware. Re-finished in BASF lacquers. 2lapsdown
Drew, I love your older sprint cars. Where did you get the tires? I'd love to do some older USAC type dirt cars, but tires for these are hard to find. Thanks. John

DirtModeler
While sprints are my absolute favorite form of racing, I don't enjoy building something out of the box. So I decided to build a cartoon sprint car. Other than the driver figure and two hubcaps from a Mercedes, this is all scratch built. Saw this one in progress, such a great build. Mostly built from just strips of styrene sheet!
Art Laski
I love this topic! This was my first build upon my re-entry into the hobby since I was a kid after 25 years. After seeing all the wonderful sprinters on this thread, I want to build some more!
