Monty Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 Fred, I love where this project is going! Where did the Motorwheel Spyder wheels come from?
freakshow12 Posted March 30, 2014 Author Posted March 30, 2014 Thanks. I'm not sure where those wheels came from. They are for a different project ( lawman boss). I bought a collection a while ago and he had collected parts for several neat projects. I will build them
slusher Posted March 30, 2014 Posted March 30, 2014 image.jpg It's orange Real nice finish and color...

MsDano85gt Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 I did virtually the same project using Keith Mark's awesome decals. Nice start on yours.did keith mark ever do "twister " decals for the 85/ 86 ford mustang gt 5.0 twisters?i know he did annivarsary foxbody decals and gt/ gt turbo decals....
charlie8575 Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Very nice job opening stuff up and on the interior. Charlie Larkin
vamach1 Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Are those the kit guage decals? They look very realistic.
freakshow12 Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Thanks. Yes they are but I drilled the dash and installed from the rear still on the paper then added a dab of this crystal glue I got somewhere. I was happy with them. I also took out the molded in pedals and used the set from a Torino gt kit
superbike-shaun Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 hey Fred, the stang is comin along nicely, i know that you painted it Grabber orange? model maste paint or different kind of paint?. also, i saw the way you made your doors swing inward like they are supposed to, was very complicated to do? thanks , shaun.s.
freakshow12 Posted April 9, 2014 Author Posted April 9, 2014 Thanks. I actually used tamiya bright orange. It's pretty close. As for the hinges they are pretty simple. I watched a youtube video and went to work. I will take some pics of the hinges. I have several failed attempts on the bench. Lol
