I believe this car was tuned by a local mustang tuning shop up in Dayton by Mike Bell (the guy whos mustang coupe was measured for Revell's drag version of the new mustang everyone loves to hate)

Well that definitely is fast Caddy! Too bad that it looks that ugly, IMO. It's way too modern looking for me I guess.
