This will be my next project. You may have seen the 66 resin Biscayne I built for a friend not long ago. Well, he liked it so much I decided to try and build a replica of his very first car. It was a dark blue with light blue interior 64 Impala SS. It was in good condition and he paid 250.00 for it. That was over 40 years ago, I think it was in 71 or 72. Anyway, he does not have any photos of it and can not recall everything about it. Buckets and auto on the floor and colors we know but neither of us can remember what the wheels were. he thinks Cragers but is not sure. I don't remember and don't have a clue. I will try and recreate it the best I can and since he can't remember everything he can't say it's wrong. : )

What did you use for the interior paint, Ray? It looks pretty good.

I found Pontiac Engine Blue was a pretty good match for the light metallic blue paint on the interior parts.

Thanks guys. I used a Duplicolor engine paint on the interior. I chose it because the color was close to what I wanted. Wasn't sure how it would work because I never tried it before but it worked fine.

Thanks Carl. I have been having some trouble with this one but it's not the kits fault. I was trying to rush it which is never a good idea. I wanted to ship it out tomorrow but that's not going to happen.
