Lovefordgalaxie
Installed a set of Firestone Wide Ovals on my 7 Litre. A friend gave me a box full of tires and wheels, and I found lot's of small jewels inside!! Love the Wide Ovals. Have them on my 1:1 Galaxie, and find them great little tires to drive on, and they look great also. Just hate radials to death... 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 7 Litre by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 7 Litre by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 7 Litre by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr

Harry P.
Why no mirrors?
Lovefordgalaxie
Thanks guys!! Why no mirrors? This car is so fast the mirror flew away... Now seriously, I couldn't find a decent one that even looks a little like the ones Ford used to install as optional equipment on those cars. My '65 Galaxie also has no mirrors. Still looking for something close to stock.
Rob Hall
Sharp build... IIRC, this kit didn't include mirrors.

LongRoofNut
Perfect! The best Ford mirrors I have found so far are in the '67 Ford Mustang AMT kits issued in the '90s.
unclescott58
Another nice Ford, Tulio. I like the job you did on the correct factory pin striping. Very nice. Scott
