Amtronic Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Built this a couple of years ago. Setback front axle, lowered the cab mounts so it reflects a Freightliner FLL cab design. The upper front car rail folds up to allow the cab to tilt forward. There is a front support (unseen) that holds the front half of the car rail. Rear fenders are from the AMT Pete Turnpiker kit.

kilrathy10 Posted July 7, 2014 Posted July 7, 2014 This is a great model....I, actually saw a beige one of these, very similar to this truck.....I wonder if it is still there.....If I can get a pic, I'll try to post it....Outstanding...
tbill Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 that is cool! time to rework a revell car hauler to mate up to that
Mopar - D Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 I've looked at what it would take to build one of these types of trucks but have not been able to convince myself to do one yet. Do you have any more pictures would like to see more details on your great build.
