Beautiful! How did you knock down the flares?

Thank you for the replies fellas, I am very appreciative for that. The flares were just sanded down until I was satisfied with the amount I had taken off. I still think it could have been done a little better because they look a little flat. Should have taken them off completely and added a small piece of plastic and bondo to shape them a little better.....

Are those the MRC Keystones? Looks great! I haven't seen the new issue yet but I'm keeping an eye out for it.

Brett, the new issue is already out, you should be buying the May issue which is where this one was featured. ;) Yes, these are the MRC Keystones which fit perfecty on those tires after removing a little bit of the inner lip in the tire.

I had a friend that showed me the cover of the mag and it looked absolutely real, just didn't have the time to peruse it. Do you have more close ups of the engine?

Thanks, nothing special, just a little plumbing and wiring to ultimately cover it with the huge air filter.....

Hmm, we've already got the new issue in, but missed the May issue somehow. Maybe it's just hiding in someone else's office. It should be hiding in mine!

Marcos this is another home run from you. I've been away for too long and I want to get back into this and to get to see you guys again, I just need to get a little more stability in my life. I miss you guys.

Badass but where axactly is the positive battery going? This is the second time I've seen it routed that way. The first time I thought it was incorrect but now that I've seen you do it also I know I am wrong. On my '73 plymouth, the battery cable loops around a little fuse box by the battery then follows the inner fender then drops to starter selenoid. This fusebox is located on the bulkhead on barracuda/challengers?

Thanks Jeff but in this picture the cable was not yet routed, it's a WIP image. I did route it by the inner fender and onto the starter when done.

Absolutely love what you did with this build, everything from the rims/tires you chose to the vinyl top looks impressive and so real. It's true that Revell missed the mark again with this one but your build stimulates the brain to think otherwise. Congrats on yet another mag article, I thoroughly enjoy every one of them.
