tbill Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 well, it's done. wasn't sure my green colors were going to go together, but I think it turned out pretty good looking. I have a gavel trailer about 3/4 done that will be paired with this rig, will update pic's when that gets completed. so, here it is,
towman1271 Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 That's looks more than pretty good...Good looking color scheme
Mackvision Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Looks great! hope mine comes out half as well,i like the color scheme too!......................................Mark
alangarber Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Looks great. I think those trucks are ugly and never bought one, but every time I see a build like this I like them more and more. Great job
Superpeterbilt Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 This came out very clean and straight. Great job. As Ive said before, this is not an easy kit to pull off but this one looks killer. The colors work together great, and your tanks came out great as well. Very cool
Petetrucker07 Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 (edited) Looks great tom, the colors are very nice together, classic. Cant wait to see it with the trailer. Im with alan on this, not my favorite style of truck, i keep seeing very nice builds like this it keeps tippin me closer to buyin 1. Edited August 3, 2014 by Petetrucker07
Chuck Most Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 Love how it looks in those colors- they really jazz up the otherwise plain-Jane Road Boss. I wouldn't let Keith Moon behind the wheel with it parked that close to the pool, though...
Pavel A. Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 Very nice and clean. Awesome color combo. I like it, Tom.
plugger Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 Roar Boss , I'm not a fan of green but your choice of lite/dark make it pop ! Fantastic ! , the way you photod it on a patio table in front of water is outstanding , fabulous !
Tesla Posted August 4, 2014 Posted August 4, 2014 This came out real nice and the colors work so well together. Looking forward to seeing this with the trailer
tbill Posted August 4, 2014 Author Posted August 4, 2014 thanks everyone, I'm happy with how it turned out. I was a little unsure when I first cracked open the kit and saw the hood....did not know how it was going to go at that point, and then the colors I chose seemed a bit different but it seems to have worked out ok. now I am wishing I did the trailer green...........lol.
kilrathy10 Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 This is another cool one for your fleet....I really like this one.....I can't believe I've never purchased one of these.....Let alone build one.....I think I'm gonna have to snag one of these.....Great job.....
tbill Posted August 11, 2014 Author Posted August 11, 2014 well, the trailer is as done as it's going to get for now, needs minor touch up and a few decals, but for now it's in the case with the rest of the fleet
Petetrucker07 Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 The whole unit looks great tom. 1 of these days ill get my scratch end dump drawn up and started. Looks awesome, the ram looks like the 1:1. Nice job!
Tesla Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 That trailer came out great Tom and the Road Boss looks good pulling it. Job well done!
Superpeterbilt Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 The trailer looks just like the box. Great job Tom.
