JollySipper Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 We are all lovers of music here, so I thought this would be a cool game. If you choose to play and want us to guess where your lyrics are from, just don't include the name of the song in your lyrics. This one is easy if you like "soul sistas" Anyone guess where this line is from? "Let's call this song exactly what it is" (what it is, what it is, what it is).......
Harry P. Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 "I said, be careful, his bowtie is really a camera..."
Harry P. Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Simon and Garfunkle, America Ding ding ding! We have a winnah! How about this (easy): Don't you run back inside, darlin'… you know just what I'm here for. So you're scared and you're thinking that maybe we ain't that young anymore. Show a little faith! There's music in the night… You ain't a beauty, but hey, you're alright. And that's alright with me...

Harry P. Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 God have mercy on the man who doubts what he's sure of.
JollySipper Posted August 29, 2014 Author Posted August 29, 2014 Another Springsteen song! Brilliant Disguise, I think....... Here's one thats pretty obscure: "The dogs are barking merrily as Gerry sits on high, If you studied your Floyd properly you'd know that pigs could fly..."

The lyrics seem familiar but I can't place them.
JollySipper Posted August 29, 2014 Author Posted August 29, 2014 It's from an old Primus song! The title is "The Air Is Getting Slippery" it's from the Pork Soda album..... How about this: "Am I in my cabin dreaming, or are you really scheming To take my ship away from me?"
