chunkypeanutbutter Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) I heard a Cream/Clapton joke I don't agree with, but it's funny. What's the similarity between Clapton and coffee? They're both cr_p without Cream. Edited September 23, 2014 by chunkypeanutbutter

I actually saw Jack Bruce perform this past spring in Manhattan.

I feel there is a lot better guitar players. what am I missing? he should stick to blues rather than songs like "lay down sally" and alike. I am not saying Clapton is no good, but I will take Billy Gibbons over him. ok, back to the lyrics Working on the sound of the band Trying to get the music right Two go out working Three stay home at night

For the most part I think hes a better song writer than guitar hero. Theres not one single solo of his that I ever thought "WOW!". I think he rested on his laurels way too soon in his life, and hes just been a big loaf of wheat bread since then. Yeah, hes there, but theres better stuff.Again, I like and respect him, I just dont get the hype.

chunkypeanutbutter Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 I think he's fine. His new song "Gotta Get Over" is worth a listen, as is the whole of Old Sock. His music in the nineties stank like an old sock. Anyways! And I know, if I don't, I'll go out of my mind Better leave her behind
Wonderbread Kustomz Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 There's a party tonight, you're in a red light zone If you don't want a ticket you better move on If you break the law you gotta pay your dues Ain't much better if you play it by the rules 'Cause it's so easy, it's so right It's so easy to rock it with your body, baby It's so easy, it's so right It's so easy if you drive it all night
