Any of the Ertl IH kits that haven't been reissued are pretty high up on my "grail" list- including the 1466 farm tractor and the Off-Road and SSII versions of the Scout II kit. The F-2674 and Eagle 4300 Race Truck top the list of those.

The early '60's Premiere Studebaker Champ and Corvair Rampside kits are right up there, too, but I'm not holding my breath until I find one, much less both.

I wouldn't mind having a few from the AMT 1:43 scale "TNT" series, either.

I've got everything I need. The only thing I'd be interested in would be the KW challenge mixer and that kit is gone.

The DeElegant stuff is hard to find because all the orders never got filled. I've never seen one but I heard the quality was so so.

The Revell Marmon is just a Peterbilt with a Marmon grill.

The GMC Astro turbine would be nice to see again if the turbine tooling still exists.

The only one that I dont have is a kit containing the lowboy and the Cat D8 dozer. Ive only seen one, and I should have jumped on it. The California Hauler was one until it was reissued. Here are the others.

I dont think they ever released the lowboy with the DH8 did they ? Apart from that the DH8 would be to heavy for that lowboy so Ive been told by a dozer driver.

I don't have many grails in truck models as I have found most of what I want.

But a small list is:

Revell AG Kenworth K100 VIT both flat roof and Aerodyne,

Revell AG Beall Tanker
AMT Kenworth Challenge Mixer.

AMT White Freightliner Single Drive

AMT GMC Astro 95 with the optional turbine engine

Ertl Great Dane Reefer Trailer.
Ertl John Deere, Massey Ferguson and International farm tractors with wagons and plows.

Even though I have two each of the Tyrone Malone trucks I would for sure like to see them in production again.

I wouldn't bother with the Ertl Convoy Mack truck, I got one back in 1978 and it's not worth getting and definately not worth the money they go for on ebay, this kit is all wrong as it's a construction truck DM 600 with offset cab and the movie truck was a on highway RS700L, the only usable parts in the Ertl kit are the roof wind deflector, the front bumper/bar and the duck hood ornament the rest can't be used if you want to do a correct movie truck...and as it's totally wrong I don't thing it ever will be re-issued.
It's a lot better and more worth the money to get a resin Convoy truck kit from AITM.

The tooling was modified to the T600. It would have to be retooled. Where the mixer tooling is is anyone's guess.

True. If the turbine Astro was reissued I'd buy one. Just not on the full out hunt for one.

Good deals can be found if you look around.
