Deano Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 I'd like to predict the Rams in the Superbowl! But, barring a MAJOR miracle, that just ain't gonna happen. Then again they, too, took out the mighty Broncos. ;-)
tubbs Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 You can pick and predict all you want, but any football game is just a "crapshoot."and that is exactly why we pick and predict. that's why the football season is great (and I am an over the top baseball fan). every game means something. my Browns went from first to last in 1 week. that is unheard of. of course, it happened to them. they are in last with a 6-4 record, playing a first place team (the falcons) with a 4-6 record. it's going to be tough with half our starting defense missing. we had a tough time stopping the run with the starters in there.GO BROWNS!!!
tubbs Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Well Brian...... we are'nt gonna have to worry about the Giants now are we?.....Drew Brees and his Saints are in trouble too. The Panthers have some issues as well yep, I think the tide is turning. new powerhouse teams coming up. other teams getting long in the tooth.

slusher Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 You can pick and predict all you want, but any football game is just a "crapshoot." it's fun to try to figure out what you think might happen. Rams I believe had the worst record in the 70's to reach the super bowl. Steelers beat them. You can't figure the injuries that may happen and ruin your prediction.
slusher Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 yea, your season went out the window when Bradford went down. sad. they may have stirred the pot a little in that division with a healthy Bradford. Al the Rams may have found them a new QB in Bradfords replacement. Bradford can't stay healthy and building a team they will not go anywhere. NfC South is very weak and salary cap problems hurt the Saints. The Saints are just a few players away from another great team. Saints need a pass rush and a new defensive coach.
Dirt Demon Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 I smell a #1 seed and home field advantage heading into the playoffs boys! The Pats just keep steam rolling teams!.... Go Patriots!
tubbs Posted November 25, 2014 Posted November 25, 2014 I smell a #1 seed and home field advantage heading into the playoffs boys! The Pats just keep steam rolling teams!.... Go Patriots!yes they do. thing is, they are playing pretty good defense to go along with that offence. the Browns picked a good time to be good, so is everyone else in their division. I don't know if anyone seen or heard about the last win, both teams tried to give it away.how about the catch by Beckham on Sunday night!!! greatest catch I have ever seen! maybe Lynn Swans in the super bowl could be a close second.
Dirt Demon Posted December 14, 2014 Author Posted December 14, 2014 The road to the Super Bowl goes through Foxborough! Pats are AFC East Champs once again!
1930fordpickup Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 So now with the packers loss today the Lions have a chance to make the playoffs. They need to Win out to put the hammer down, but my Lions have let me down for so many years I am never going to hold my breath for them ever. LOL .
Dirt Demon Posted December 15, 2014 Author Posted December 15, 2014 Talk about a wasted Monday night prime time game......... Saints and Bears???.... Both are horrible.... And their seasons are and have been over for weeks now.
slusher Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 So now with the packers loss today the Lions have a chance to make the playoffs. They need to Win out to put the hammer down, but my Lions have let me down for so many years I am never going to hold my breath for them ever. LOL . Lions have some talent this year and a coach. Its going to be between the Packers and the Lions to see who wins that division. its so good to see the really do good..
slusher Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 The road to the Super Bowl goes through Foxborough! Pats are AFC East Champs once again! Looks like the Pats are the one seed and Denver 2 and Payton has not had success at Foxboro.
Quick GMC Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 I'm a lifelong Detroit fan from Southern California. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but thank God for our defense. We just took back the division, thanks to buffalo. Stafford hasnt thrown a pick in 3 games which is nice. If our offense can get their stuff together, we might be able to make it all the way.
rmvw guy Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Being from Indiana we are Colts fans so, therefore my pick. Luck is on our side. I also love the Broncos with Payton. It's still a shame Indy had to let him go. The Super Bowl was very disappointing last year to me. There is only one winner at the end and please!!! anybody but, the Patriots!
tubbs Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 C'MON FELLAS!! Manning, Brady, Brees, Wilson.......it's JOHNNY FOOTBALL TIME!!!!Lord, help us..... again.I know, one game don't make a season, but man, I was hoping for a lot, I mean a LOT more than what I saw in that game! if we (the Browns) dump the last 2 games, it's going to put a real damper on a rather good season. I personally don't care who QB's the Browns, I just want results.if you guys up in Detroit can grab one of these potential free agents...frank Gore $6,450,000Ryan Mathews $3,612,000Knowshon Moreno $3,000,000Mark Ingram $2,359,875Darren McFadden $1,670,000DeMarco Murray $1,596,625then you would be a real threat.I think the colts have a great chance of getting to the Super Bowl this year. just keep the dang Steelers out, please!?!?!?!
Quick GMC Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 we need a new Oline before a running back. Bush is a huge threat in the open field, but he's not been a good back this season. Riddick is doing well and Bell has a ton of potential. Hopefully we keep Suh, but we'd have to overpay and I think letting him go would be smart in the long term. Raiola needs to get the hell out. He's a jerk and at the end of his career. An improved O line would be the biggest difference at this point. Give Stafford some time to throw and it will be a whole new team.
Jantrix Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 On the bright side here in Tampa, next years draft is looking good!!
Dirt Demon Posted December 21, 2014 Author Posted December 21, 2014 First round bye for the Pats..... Next step Home Field advantage throughout the Playoffs boys!...... Saints drop another one and have been eliminated..... Not that they would have went anywheres if they did make the playoffs.
High octane Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Well, I heard on the news last night that the Chicago Bears are going to the Super Bowl. Yep, they already put in their advanced order for their tickets. LOL!
lordairgtar Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 That was funny Nick. Packers is my pick, but Detroit can play some good football if they want to. Aaron Rodgers needs to stay healthy and get over the creeping crud that slowed his game last Sunday. It will be the offense and rushing and passing that will beat Detroit . Detroit has a better defense right now. Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Davante Adams and Eddie Lacey all are good recievers and can get down the field.

If I was the browns I would worry.
Dirt Demon Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 Pats are on to the AFC Championship game....yeah buddy!!!!
jaftygas Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 (edited) Nobody has even mentioned the Hawks! I mean HELLO! I'am 12! Edited January 11, 2015 by jaftygas
Harry P. Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Since the Bears aren't in the postseason, the closest "home team" I have in the playoffs is the Packers. And I like Aaron Rodgers. And I like the fact that they beat the Cowboys today! Go Pack!
