Hmm....Good question, Carl....I've been wondering that very thing....They used to carry Battlestar Galactica series models, but nothing else....No cars....No trucks....Nothing....Same with Italeri, these days....I used to get all manner of Italeri models from there.....

I remember when hobby lobby carried italeri kits.....after the sale I got an fld120 for 24.00.....man I miss those days! This is a great deal! Wonder if you can use the coupon code to pre-order the new volvo?

Oh, yeah....The coupon code is good even for preorders.....I don't think they're running free shipping on that one, though....But I've done it before....I preordered the, then new Revell 1/16 scale Pete 359.....Worked like a charm.....

Several (10) years ago the purchasing agent for Hobby Lobby changed. Since that happened, you no longer get a large variety or the 40% off weekly sales. The new person was not interested in models, so the selection declined. And for the longest they just kept ordering the same thing over and over and never updating the list as new things were released. About the last 2 years they have started to get better, but not the 2 isles, top to bottom like it used to be. And the prices also went up to MSRP.

According to what I've seen on Moebius' Facebook page, HL takes issue with some of the Moebius "Monster" kits. They've tried getting HL to carry their products in the past with no luck.

I can understand HL's standpoint on the Monsters and such, but not too sure what issues would there be with their trucks.....I mean, they have AMT's Gravedigger monster trucks and all....So why not Moebius trucks....And why NO trailers....From ANYBODY......I haven't seen a single trailer since back when they carried Italeri models.....Not sure what gives, there, either.....

Oh, and no problem, Carl....Just passing the info along.....Got my Lonestar, today.....Only took 3 days...... Happy, happy, happy.....

Oh, I wouldn't worry about that....That's never much of anything.....That's just something they put there to get you to buy a few accessories.....Not much of a deal on that stuff......The real deals are with the coupon codes.....Just sign up for their email list......I think that's automatic with a purchase, though....That's how I get the codes.....And the codes seem to work, forever....I've had that one since the top of the year....
