Lunajammer Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 I'm going to go ahead and say I'm out. I can't force myself to build a particular car. I have to just go with what I feel like at the time. I finished 3 cars on a whim and it felt good to do. Two years in a row I can't bring myself to complete anything. Who knows where your interests will be when the days get short and temps get cold. That's what always brings me back to the bench.
Lunajammer Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 I have to announce, that my Mini is done Beautiful. Lovely little car to be proud of.
Belugawrx Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Nice one Christian I'm still here ... just very busy with work and summer I'll be back Cheers
christian-w Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Thank you It looks good near by the stock Mini. And yes, I wanted to interpret Bean's Mini (doesn't care about the right model / year). He is awesome and the Mini as well. On detail is on it: Mr. Beans theft protection Only the license plates to add.
JTalmage Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Who knows where your interests will be when the days get short and temps get cold. That's what always brings me back to the bench. You're probably right. I shouldn't count myself out yet
MeatMan Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Working on the bodywork on my Skyline to make the wheel wells look stock. Got a bit more work to do. Engine is pretty much done, and the chassis is close to done.

knarf Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 ok, so i finally got a start on mine. this thing is kind of small. first the basic mock-up then we spent about 20 min adjusting the ride height enjoy
Foxer Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 Ricardo has commenced reassembling the GTO in the Winery barn after receiving the rebuilt engine from his friend Luigi. The chassis is going together well considering the shape it was at the start. Everything has been test fitted and I'm putting it back together following the instructions I found online. Everything will get dirty and greasy at the end.
TFchronos Posted July 23, 2015 Posted July 23, 2015 Awesome progress everyone!I got my kit out and started doing a little work this past weekend, I'll try to get some pics up after the glue sets a little better.
MLMDesign Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Awesome work everyone. I got my Cougar all dinged up and ready for primer.
ProStreetOnTheStrip Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 Sorry for no update in a while, truck broke down so have to dump money into it (maybe a few performance upgrades ;-). ) but will be able to work on it soon!
chunkypeanutbutter Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 Uhh... kinda stalled on the Corvair. Trying to make a turbo manifold for it is interesting, to say the least... maybe the Monogram '55 F100 street rod would be more easy since the engine is already new and torquey...
Foxer Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 A few update pics on the Ferrari 250 GTO. More photos are on my build thread
vekasiini Posted July 31, 2015 Posted July 31, 2015 Delahaye July. Sleeper is progressing gradually. Now it is the turn of body work to outline style. I do not want big changes in appearance. It does not look like a racing car.
Petetrucker07 Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 Still here, now it's August. Guess I need to get busy on this. Time is starting to get short.
