It is surprising, given the number of resin conversion kits offered in the past and STILL being created today, that Revell hasn't seen fit to modify some of their Fox Mustang tooling to offer an 87-92 LX notchback coupe!! A GM "Colonnade" 73-77 intermediate offering should sell well - perhaps if Revell expanded the 77 Monte Carlo to a full-detail offering of a Cutlass or Grand Am from that era? And, given their continued popularity, wouldn't a Ford pickup from the 60-66 and/or 67-72 generation move quickly from the shelves?? My two cents!!

The most popular car NOT modeled: 67-68 Mustang Notchback! I mean everyone's Aunt Betty had one. Everything but the body already exists (see AMT 67 Fastback). How about a new tool 1969 Mustang? A current model F-150 and Silverado, to say nothing about a Dodge Ram. How about a Prius to mount under the Ram .

the Revell '79 Z28 is an early 80's tool, and not very well detailed compared to modern kits...

good luck finding the dodge monster truck! ;)

I see a lot of good ideas here. We definitely need more independents; my dad and I would probably buy a case of Hawks between us; I'd like a Studebaker Wagonaire. Actually, a Jeep Grand Wagoneer would be cool, too!

I hadn't thought of a LaSalle, but I'd certainly buy one or two, especially if they have different bodies available. Or the casters stepped up and offered varieties...after all, I'll need chassis and running gear.

A contemporary hearse would be nice. I also like the idea of a first or second generation Cherokee. I'll bet a good Solstice kit would sell well, too.

Some other newer cars that might be worth thinking about.

1991-96 Saturn. Not a pretty car, but a very significant one that still has a loyal following amongst owners and even some car buffs that like to race them.

A newer Lincoln Town Car.

A 1988-97 Olds Cutlass Supreme coupe- probably one of the better-looking cars G.M. had in the time. The sedan wasn't bad-looking, either.

A 1997-2004 Buick Park Avenue.

Some of the newer Cadillacs with stock-building options, Revell's got the bulk of the tooling done, might as well go all the way!

A 1978-87 Pontiac Grand Prix. I always liked those cars, nice looking machines, especially the LE and LJ models with the extra chrome and when ordered with Rally II wheels. Two-tone blue with a white landau top and blue buckets for me, please...

Just a few more ideas.

they made a 77 volare with the roadrunner package,do some searchin on ebay, i got one for $42. but i would like to see a wagon molded

on a side not i would like to see,,,,

82-87 chrysler fifth avenue

70-71 dodge d-100 sweptline

78-78 dodge magnum

chrysler cordobas

55 dodge royal (i think thats what its called)

1st gen dodge neon

77-78 chrysler new yorker

Those would all work, too.

The 1955 Dodges had three models, Coronet, Royal and Custom Royal. R&R makes a 1955 Custom Royal Lancer (2-door h/t,) it looks like a promo copy, but it's a start. Anyone here built that one? I was thinking of one myself. I think they also have a 1955 or '56 Sierra (Dodge's wagons.)

To many to list here. I did get Revell to do the 37 Ford club cab, 40 Ford convert, didn't like the way they did the windshields though, they left the double glass, which I think is the main charater of the two. I not sure I'm the only person responsible, but I sure called a lot, that was when you could talk to a PERSON, at R&M.

Well, I do not recall seeing a nice 1923 C-cab panel or pick up? Of course building primarily in 1/16, I really want to see one of those as well as a nice model T bucket. Maybe I will have to work on those?? Also would like to see a 1955 Chevy truck in 1/16 and a 1968 Firebird and a 1968 Ford Cougar as well in that scale and last but not least, 1932 Highboy? Anyone else with me in 1/16? Jody
