This is our old friend the AMT Studebaker. She is a tired old gal and will need a lot of clean up. Will be done salt lake style as I am on a salt lake kick right now.

Hey Ray,

I've got one of these going also. Although mine won't be anywhere as good as yours. I will be watching with great interest.

Kool. Love a Loewy Stude on the salt, or anywhere.

Everybody loves Raymond...and his Loewy riders. :P I figured someone like you would also be an Avanti freak.

Got to spend some time with this build today. I got the body pretty much all molded and primed and ready for paint. I think I will go with yellow. Spent almost two hours cleaning up the parts today. There is a lot of flash on some of these parts.

Started doing a little more on this one. I put it aside and began working on a Avanti. Painted this one with enamel so it is taking a while to dry. Just did a mock up to see how it is going to sit and look. Overall I am pretty happy with it so far. I do have a habit of screwing up something in the final assembly so........................... we shall see.

Thank you. I forgot how darn long it takes for that enamel to dry. : )

Great shade of yellow Ray. What brand did you use? I would let enamel sit at least a week....
