DeeCee Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 WOW!! That is just beautiful Tulio, and that paint.................incredible.
Guest Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Again, nothing short of stunning. Are those wires from the Mobius 55 Chrysler?
Lovefordgalaxie Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 Thanks Dale and Lee. The wire wheels are from the AMT 1962 Thunderbird.
vintagercr Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Tulio, I love your paint work. I have that set with the mustang and charger. Best chase scene ever!
rmvw guy Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 (edited) At first I thought it was just about the Steve figure, which is cool, with one of your older builds, I always like your diorama, Looks like you have another beautiful '57 Ford Galaxie to add to your collection. Beautiful paint! Edit: Just looked at some of your other work and realized this is the sleeper car. Good to see it again, so is this thread about the McQueen figure? What can you say about it? Origin maybe, did you paint it? Looks cool, would love to have one. Edited January 27, 2015 by rmvw guy
atomicholiday Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 SWEET!! Wow, that black turned out stunning!
landman Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I think I am going to start sending my models to Brazil for painting. I'm sure it will be worth the expense. That Ford is incredible!
landman Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Tulio, how do you do the scripts? Paint over foil?
Lovefordgalaxie Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 Scripts on the car are paint over foil, then polished. Yep, the model is an old build. I just got the figure along with a Revell Mustang diecast, and thought it would be cool to do some pictures with the Steve McQueen figure and the '57 Ford.
TFchronos Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Show stopping paint job as always, beautiful build.
unclescott58 Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Do I need to say it? Of course it's nice. But, I expect no less from you. Scott
bbowser Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 Outstanding work on the model and great photography as well. Your chrome always looks so good, bumpers and such, do you do anything special?
