I've never been there either, but hope to make the trip some year. I guess it's one of the things on my "Bucket List". I would look forward to meeting a bunch of new people and competing, just to see how my models might do there.

I'll be there with a group of modelers from Puerto Rico and as always I'll be looking forward for great models as usual in that show, but, most important the great friendship offered by each modeler there. I also enjoy a lot the sightseeing around the city too.

Top flight, world class models. Great seminars. Some of the most engaging, well-known personalities in the hobby. Crown Burgers. What's not to like?

Ditto. (except a tight budget restricts me to just the McD's just across the street) Haven't missed attending a GSL since 1990.

Flight and room are booked and I'm waiting for my registration verification. I'll be there the whole 4 days. This will be my first and I'm dying to see the International Model Car Museum. Specifically, Jim Keeler's Dodge Fever F/C.

I need to reacquaint myself with folks I met at the San Jose NNL. Apparently there was only room for 8 or so new names in my antiquated brain pan. I have since regained my senses, but that will probably go out the door the second I walk into the Sheraton.

To paraphrase Jungle Jim, "Model cars are faaaaarrr out !!!!!!! "

I will be there. This will be my 8th consecutive GSL.

Got you beat by one Len. #9 for me. Looking forward to seeing people I only see every other year, or less.

might skid through on the end of a planned month long Utah canyon trip, on my way up to Yellowstone. won't have any models with me though so I will just be a curious spectator. hope to see some NNL West people. wish I could bring some models but on the other hand that whole thing there is pretty intimidating for a mere kit assembler.
