Very nice build. Actually, that's a 3-stage paint scheme. I was trying for a pearlescent color-changing purple and found out I was using the wrong base color (Tamiya Silver Leaf) to make it work. So I misted Tamiya Gold onto it followed by a few mists of Tamiya Metallic Black to try and darken it up, and it came out looking like "snakeskin", what my wife ended up calling it.
