Old Buckaroo Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 The build can be seen here - http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=97269 Could not take outdoor pics due to the temperature below freezing and 20 mph wind . Sorry no chunky girl mudflaps on this one Thank you for looking in
Roadrunner Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Looks real good, Sean. I love the trailer kit too, so thanks very much for that.
Superpeterbilt Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Beautiful rig.I love the color, and the work to the front bumper, the KW sleeper, and the stacks.
Jim B Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Very well done. I really like that color; I might just have to use it. The disks on the front with the spokes on the rears really give it a 1970s East Coast look.
Petetrucker07 Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Looks good Sean, but....where's the girls?
SpreadAxle Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 That looks exactly the truck from the Apollo 116 brochure. Great job.
tbill Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 excellent job Sean, that came out fabulous. it just looks 'right'.
Russell C Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Very nice. Being an old stick-in-the-mud, I'm not a big fan of the current hugely exaggerated front bumper craze, but in the case of this model and http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/uploads/gallery_12144_1240_10470.jpg this comes from, it does look quite good on it.
MyBradKeselowski Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Beautifully done, I like the color ! ! You did good I like how you left it stock without trying to customize it. I think it looks better IMO..
ZIL 111V Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Beautiful workmanship! Dual rear stacks (waaaay behind!) , front bumper & extended frame/ fuel tanks make this great kit look even better. 70's looks at its best indeed!
gatorincebu Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Nice clean build Sean. I like it. Be Well Gator
