jeff f
Last August I was in Kauai on a family vacation . I packed along a model project . A Beach Boys 32 frame , 30 ford body parts , Boot Hill drive train pieces , and a few tools. In my spare time I got the parts mocked up. Thanks for looking in. jeff f
Thanks for the kind words. Yes those Boot Hill 12 spokes are way out of scale, a 1967 mistake. We have Really Really good coffee here. I'm about out of parts for now, will finish it when I get home. Thanks for your time. Jeff

KeithJackson
Looks good. Glad to see that I am not the only one who has worked on a model while on vacation. Some of my wife's friends about died when they found out that I had bought, and worked on, a model during my honeymoon.
Twokidsnosleep
Glad to hear I am not nuts I brought a 1/32 Bugatti on our vacation to Kailua, Oahu for these two weeks I broke the brass cross member attachments last night first time I touched the build....realized I am woefully unprepared to model here Your rat rod looks awesome. Gonna have some Tikis on the doors?? Carved and painted this one out of leather, one of my other hobbies Love the classic Tiki look with hot rods Edited March 13, 2015 by Twokidsnosleep
jeff f
LOL. Most people do think we're nuts. Hope to do tiki art on the doors.

FullPowerGarage
Wow allmost EXACTLY the way I would've done it! I only would have put those original headlights, but that's taste. You've done an awesome job!
misterNNL
The headlights look like the Woodhull lights from the 1920's.What did you make them from? I like the overall agressive look of this build including the cowl mounted steering and the open slatted roof.
