crispy
That Buick is just stunning. For everything going on in your life you seem to be doing ok Ron. Remember, an elephant can't be eaten in one bite, but if you eat at in smaller chunks you'll get to the end and be better for it. Eric Stone
That Biscayne looks like it's almost done, and looks killer already! The Buick and T-bird are very nice too. There's not a bad one in the bunch...
Jeff Sauber
Beautiful collection there Ron. I wish you all the best in the comming year. Outside of my modeling time, 2009 hasn't really been a very good year for me either. I've been facing some of my own personal issues as well as a few health problems. I hope next year goes a bit smoother...........Jeff

I am trying to decide on the paint combo, and I hope we get a day warm enough for me to shoot it. I am also going to modify the interior. Ron Hamilton
Thanks all for the positive comments. With all that has been going on this year, model building is one of the few satisfying things in my life right now. The commraderie of the board is good for my spirits. There's not a bad one in the bunch... The Biscayne is very close. My dad's first new car was a Sierra Gold '58 Impala. I may do one in his honor, as he passed this year. The '60 Bonne in my signature was the car he traded it in on.
Dragline
All beauties Ron. It's great seeing you at the MAMA meetings and talking to you. You are a good guy and a friend modeler. 2009 was a good year for you modeling wise from what I can see buddy. Keep it up. Bob
Randy Kern
Ron, they're all great models, the Buick being the highlight build. I enjoy seeing you the few times I get down to the MAMA meetings, and I consider you one of my favorite builders. Keep on plugging along and building, and I hope next year is a better one for you. Fisher61
A bunch of great 2009 models Ron and I hope you have an even greater 2010! I love the '62 Bird!
charlie8575
Ron, you can definitely be proud of anything you put up here. I love that Buick, or any full-size car of the early 1960s, really. As to everything else, with 3-1/3 years of <50% employment, a good distance from family, etc., and basically watching my life fall out from under me, I understand exactly what you're going through. A model now and then, even just to poke through and imagine possibilities, has helped me keep my sanity. May 2010 be better for us all. John E. Bowers Jr.
Ron... You have added some great models to your collection. I love the Buick! My own 2009 build year consists of only three model cars, and one is not yet finished. Heather and I are looking very forward to seeing what you have accomplished (More greatness!) on December 19 at the MAMA meeting.
