Old Buckaroo
I am off to a late start on my "Mack Madness" project. The kit is a vintage AMT from the late 70's complete with the Truck'em up poster add. My truck will be built as an "owner operator" rig. Since Terry has a major jump start on me I figured I had better pull some tricks to make up for my tardiness. Here is all I have to show so far, I dropped each one of those lines at least four times to the carpet.. Stay tuned.

Superpeterbilt
Looking great so far. I bought a few of these when they were re-issued, but theyre donors for Mack resin cabovers. I need to get one to build stock.
angelo7
My favorite kit of all times. That was my first truck build as a teenager around 1979 and in that kit I found theTruck'em up poster order form and placed an order for two posters. I'll be watching your progress. I recently built the reissue. Look at my avatar. Edited April 12, 2015 by angelo7

Old Buckaroo
Thanks guys, This has to be the slowest progress I have ever made on a kit. Got the rest of the engine components on except the fan. Not going new and shiny with this one.
Old Buckaroo
I took a vacation from work , spent a week in North Carolina with my wife and a week at home. Actually have had some time to work on this truck. This has not been the easiest of assembling. This is an old kit and almost every piece was off the sprues and loose in the box and the directions are a little vague to say the least.. But hey, it makes things interesting. Thanks for looking in
